They were very flexible with me getting the bike registered in a different state. \n\nChris, the sales person was patient and did a great job explaining things to me. \n\nOverall, everything was perfect."

    "Staff is incompetent and somewhat rude. Mgr Dan is useless. Sales associate applied our funds to a closed account. Best Buy credit said go back to store. Store management would do nothing to help and said to contact Best Buy credit. This leaves us disputing the charge while they hold our funds. We've canceled our order and suggest using a different store."
