"The end result was okay, not perfect, however the experience was the worst. \n\nWhat to expect poor planning and execution, everything thing is an out of pocket upgrade, no attention to detail and constant delays with lots of excuses. \n\nWe discussed details that did not get included such as a instant hot tankless water heater for like 30 minutes and they didn't include it. It may have been a miss on my part to but I'm not the building professional. \n\nThe lawn was way over priced. They wanted as much 30k for a basic lawn with only 13 in the base price. When I called another landscaper after taking possession he stated there was only about 2500 worth of grass and plants. It was really eye opening. \n\nI would never recommend them as a builder."
