BenQ seems to have a much better handle on 0.65" DMD over the 0.47" as shown in models like the x500i and TK710 at ~1700:1. I don't personally think the chip has much to do with the potential contrast as we've seen the 0.47" outperforming every 0.65" model ever in UST's at well over 3000:1.
